After upgrade the Confluence Server version from 7.2.1 to 7.5.0 on Windows 2019 server i get an error by loading the Confluence instance in the Browser:
Could not load bootstrap from environment
Fatal error
BootstrapException: Unable to bootstrap application: Couldn't save confluence.cfg.xml to C:\Program Files\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence directory.
Can anyone help me out?

We again ...! If a file cannot be written under Windows, there are many options. No write rights from the update / installation process File is opened exclusively by a process Disk is full You should also install the Confluence in a separate directory, ideally on a separate partition and place the Confluence data and the system in two different directories. So you can also use an update via zip file without using the installation routine. As already described, a productive incense always with a "decent" sql DB.
