I have uploaded a video file using Multimedia Macro. The video looks broken and does not run. I have tired dragging the video and adding it to the Confluence page, still does not work.

A similar question was answered on the community. However if the link is not of any assistance could you provide some more details (browser version, confluence version, server or cloud) and screenshots.
