Hello,

I am using JDK 1.8, PostgreSQL 8.4.x and confluence 5.7.1. I configured server and tried running it on web browser at "http://localhost:8090/confluence/". However, it says "localhost refused to connect".

Please let mek now if there is anything that could help me in setting up confluence.

That usually means that the service is not running.  Can you check that it is?

Yeah, service was not running. Now, when the service is running is fine, I have another exception i.e. "Illegal state exception" because spring context has not been set. How do I deal with it?
