We just migrated to Confluence 7.13 and was previously on 7.09. We use okta for SSO. We tried to use the new built in SSO integration within confluence.
However when we go to SSO 2.0 from admin we are only able to add a Crowd Instance, that is the only option in the dropdown, when selecting "add configuration".
I tried disabling app and re-enable but same result.
