Unable to see edit button on any Confluence Page from any Space with Admin Rights

All of a sudden, the edit button disappeared from all the confluence pages in all the spaces. I am the site admin, space admin and also added myself under individual user permissions.

Using Chrome and Confluence Cloud. 

Only activity I could related to, is that someone from my team has done some editing on some of my pages for the first time. Is it a bug due to collaborative editing? I'm looking for settings related to collaborative editing, but couldn't find them anywhere. Please help.
