Iam trying use selenum webdriver to test confluence cloud create page feature, none of the mvn confluence dependencies i added to POM file is resolving.

Ok, that makes sense, but it does not really change the answer - you need to look at the Selenium and Webdriver installs. I cannot talk about Webdriver, I have not used it, but I've been working with Selenium for over a decade and all I've ever needed to do with that is make sure it is in the runnable path.
