Unable to paste images into Confluence.

As of this week, I am no longer able to post screenshots into the Confluence editor.

I've tried this with Chrome, Safari, and FireFox.  This was never an issue for me before.  I am using Parallels to run Windows 10 on my 2017 Macbook Air (Mac OS 10.13.6).  

I have been pasting images into the editor almost daily for the last 3 months.  Is this a known bug?   Are there any known workarounds?  I've seen several threads from recent years with similar complaints.

FIXED!  I didn't realize I didn't have permission to add attachments in the space I was.

 

Can we add an error message to the editor to indicate that limitation?
