If this is your site/organization, can you try to navigate to admin.atlassian.com to check the product(s) status under this particular organization? The product might be deactivated in case there is no activity for a particular amount of time.

On the other hand, there is one open bug that might cause this behavior as well - CLOUD-12117: Products that expire during a maintenance window do not indicate to end users that they are expired 

As stated in the "Workaround" section, you'll have to create a support case to get this resolved.
