Unable to login to confluence without creating a new space!

fcking bug in login sequence.

I don't want to create a Space - but the button is grey until you do!

(I know how to get around it, but it is annoying to go back to this "Welcome" everytime i login or press the top right "Confluence"

Hi Per,

I just have a few questions before we proceed!

Is this a new Confluence instance, or have you recently upgraded? Do you have any existing Confluence spaces? Are all users receiving this message or just certain admins?

New instance, with a few spaces created by other users.

A new user is stuck in this dialog - no way out.

Workaround: Go to any existing page or corrupt link and navigate through personal space to the other spaces  -click on "Conlfluence ikon takes you back to the dialog.

I had suspected it might be this bug: CONFSERVER-42764 but it specifies here it's on upgrade. Can you let us know what version of Confluence you're currently running?
