I'm trying to log in to Confluence on a new machine with restricted web access. Upon login, I see this message:
"Something went wrong while attempting to validate your credentials."
I suspect it’s trying to validate my credentials with a blocked address. I need to know which address it is so I can request IT support to allow it. However, no further details are provided. Any ideas?
