Unable to log in because I do not know my username

This is probably a really basic question, but I cannot seem to find where my username is written down anywhere, so I am unable to log in to our new Confluence site.

I looked on id.atlassian.com and my community profile page, but all I could find was email and full name. 

I never picked a username, but I have been trying common defaults like my email, username@email.com, and firstNameLastName, but none of them have worked. 

Is the username for our Confluence site different from my Atlassian account? If so, how would I find that information? By contacting my site Admin?
