When I navigate to any of my spaces in confluence and click meeting notes, then create meeting note button, i see a page that says give this page a title, instead of the meeting template, which is enabled. My coworkers see's the template just fine, so it seems to be related to my account or computer. It appears I have the blueprint plugins that are needed as well. Any suggestions on how to fix this? Using Windows 10 with Chrome.
Joseph,
I'm testing this on my own instance, and while at first I do see the "Give this page a title" screen, after a few seconds it loads the Meeting Notes template.
I've looked into this to see if we have any other examples of the issue, but I see that you have reported the issue to Cloud support and that it is no longer an issue.
Can you please confirm? Were you able to determine what it is that was blocking you from creating a page with that template?
Regards,
Shannon
I brought my laptop home this weekend and the meeting notes template loads, so it appears to be a problem with my work network. I will discuss with IT.

Hi Joseph,
Oh no, that's so frustrating that you're not able to access those templates at work when you need them the most!
When you speak to IT, you can share this article with them:
This outlines the domains and IP ranges they will need to make sure are accessible via your work network. It should help them but if they have any questions, please let me know.
Take care, and have a pleasant rest of your week if I don't hear from you.
Regards,
Shannon
