Unable to install Confluence in Windows machine

Hi

Trying to install atlassian-confluence-6.4.1-x64 on windows 10 machine

I am getting message box error saying

the installation removal of a previous program was not completed confluence you need to restart server

=======================================================

the confluence was installed previously and work fine !

Issam,

If Confluence was installed previously and works fine, what are you trying to do here? Are you attempting an upgrade?

If you uninstalled the previous installation, can you let me know what steps you took to uninstall it?

Lastly, you may need to clean your registry of remnants from the previous installation of Confluence. Speak to your system admin for help with that.
