I've been able to import files from one confluence account to my main account in the past. Unfortunately its not working for me this time. I'm trying to import files from the same confluence page that i've used in the past but im get @"There was an error during import. Please see our guide to raising a bug report.

For "A personal space which already exists for user ~445522695" error you can try backing up the personal space, deleting it and then reimport from the backup that you are currently trying and see if that helps.

Welcome to the community , if you mean uploading multiple file ,I would recommend to check the attachment settings under settings --> General Configuration

Thank you. I've tried to import less multiple file and im still getting the same error message. Also i checked the attachment settings and i've got exactly the same thing as your screenshot.
Another message i got is 'A personal space already exists for user ~445522695.'

I see from the error message you are importing a space not files , then you should be sure that you don't have personal space for the same user account
