Unable to go into confluence admin page, how to change it?

Hi!

I have a problem with confluence admin. It shows me and the other admin that we do not have permission to enter that page. What make impossible to change any settings in confluence.

We have rights:

- admin

- site-admins

- jira-administrators

What I have noticed there is no kind of confluence-administrators...

What can I do to fix it?

if you haven't change the default settings, the administrators and the system-administrators groups include the Confluence Administrator permission:

I need to clarify, this problem concern server version.

The problem is that none of administrators cannot go to Confluence Administrator.

And all administrators have this permissions that you mentioned.

This issue probably happen after migrating apps to the new server. On old one everything works fine, I haven't changed anything in permission settings.

This looks like you have tried to migrate from Cloud to Server.  On Cloud, you don't get access to the full admin account, but when you export your data, it inserts a system admin so you can get access (And hence grant other people access)

Did you try the system admin login after download?

It was migration from server to server so that's not this.
