Unable to edit Confluence page

I am keep getting this error when i go to edit mode in the confluence page.  Sometime, after refreshing 3-4 times, it is able to connect. But most times, even after 15 times, it is not able to connect and does not allow me to edit. Is there any setting to be changed?confluence.png
