Unable to create new pages based on the product requirements template?

When the UX upgraded to a new one-click create I found I am not able to use the product requirements template. If I select the template from the righthand menu the screen fades out then returns to normal opacity with nothing changed. 

If I select other templates they load onto the new page just fine. We have not customized the product requirements template yet so it should still be stock.

 

Anyone else able to reproduce the issue?

I contacted support, I don't recall the exact bug number, but the workaround is to go into the template and perform a null edit (ie, don't change anything) and then save.

Sounds like a bug. Can some log this? Im not a admin :-/

I'm having issues with the product requirements template as well, as you mention, other templates work. Another coworker is experiencing the same issues.

I'm having a similar issue with the JIRA Report template. I go through setting the report parameters and end up with a blank page. I'm unable to use the template.
