Unable to copy pages in Confluence

Today, the 'Copy Page' facility has stopped working for me. It goes to create a new page, but then just sits there with the wheel spinning round and the page never comes up.

I've tried both Chrome and Edge browsers from different machines, with the same result.

Does this happen with any page you try to copy, or is it with pages in a specific space, or just one page in particular?

Do you know if anyone else has confirmed the same error?

I would recommend checking with your site admin if you're not able to narrow it down; they can help you to investigate and otherwise raise a ticket with our Cloud Support team. We'll be able to then check your Confluence logs and see why it might be having trouble copying the page.

Hi Shannon,

It has started working again on its own. It was an issue across our organisation, and it was then raised as a support ticket by our Confluence admin guys.
