Unable to complete changes to database required by latest Confluence update.

The latest Confluence update requires changes to the "Collate" parameter in my postgres (9.4) database. The Atlassian instructions for making this change are "not" correct. They require "config.sh" to reside in the install directory, which it doesn't. config.sh is required to connect Confluence to the "new" database.

The Atlassian instructions work perfectly for me, and config.sh is where they say it is.

Could you explain why you have installed Confluence and moved the config.sh file?
