Hi all,
suddenly I was not able to save distinct pages on my space ( some pages work, some do not ). I tried to update to 6.14 - unfortunately without success. Since I am hosting only a couple of spaces for 4 users I use the H2 database. Since I use docker it i easy to check also other versions - 6.12 does not work as well. Until know I was a huge fan of confluence so please help me to remain a fan for a longer time :)
The workaround which helped me was to restore a backup. Then my draw.io plugin was gone (don't know why). And I had to reinstall it as well. It was definitely not a nice experience. I hope it is not normal to have such issues with confluence since I am planning to use confluence at work. ( 10 000+ company )
Thanks for your response. Yikes, that sounds shocking. Hoping that we're not facing the same resolution, though I am not the one who's into administering our instance.
Glad to see that helped to resolve the issue for you.

@ivankostov Hi Ivan,
Are you using a cluster? We encounter this issue when leaving the page in Edit mode for some time unattended. Looks like the client side cookie may expire, and connection to the server doesn't re-establish. It *may* however re-establish itself if the server node jumps to anoher node. Then the server side cookie updates, and connection re-establishes automatically. Once connectivity is made, you'll be able to save your edits.
The workaround is to copy your markup, authenticate in Confluence to open a new session, and then paste the copied markup into a newly opened editing session.

I am running a single instance of confluence. No cluster to collaborative edit.

Yes, you are right. Officialy H2 is only for testing and I will migrate soon. Anyway saving shall work.
