Unable to attach image in Confluence- product requirement

Those new to the Atlassian Community have posted less than three times. Give them a warm welcome!
Not able to upload an image using the 'Files and Images' option in a Product Requirement document.
Getting the below error when I selected an image from my desktop.
The image itself is a screenshot of screen.
How do i solve this ?

Your admin needs to give you permissions to add attachments in that particular space. See the screenshot.
(or if you have them, then check the page restrictions).
You must be a registered user to add a comment. If you've already registered, sign in. Otherwise, register and sign in.
