Unable to add Followers on Goals even though they have the same Confluence access

We've moved from Atlas to using Goals and projects however we're still having issues adding certain followers. 

I get an error message for a few people we try to add and they have the same access to Confluence as all other followers. 

Could you please advise what this issue could be?

Hi @Michelle ,

I'm guessing you're referring to Atlassian Goals (separate app)?

Can you or some other Org admin check if those people whom you're trying to add have User product/app role for Goals and/or Projects?

So, navigate to https://admin.atlassian.com/ > *your org > Directory > Users > *select user and see which apps they have access to.
