Unable to access the page after permission granted

I am the admin user of a page. However, after permission granted to new user, they are still unable to log on the page showing "no permission". Can you please help with that?

Do they have view access to the space? Is the individual page restricted, do they have view access to the Page? If the page is restricted, they need to be granted both Space permission and Page Permission.

If the person you've listed as a viewer or editor can't see the page, check to make sure:

• they have View space permission for that space, or
• there's no view restriction on a page higher up the page hierarchy that prevents them seeing any children of that page.
