Unable to access atlassian from bot accounts (ssbot, zybot)

Hi,

I am trying to access the atlassian confluence page from ssbot account but unable to do so. 

I tried below steps:
ssbot@xsjcpgpss10-24% atlassian --profile confluence auth login

A new version (1.3.3) is available. Run: atlassian update
To authorize, visit:

 https://atlassian-cli-proxy.slai-app.amd.com/device/verify

--> it has opened a authenticated page, i typed the passcode but after that it is agan asking for user name and password to create. 

Can you help me on this.

Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.

On topic it seems the ssbot account has no access on your Confluence instance, or no space access.

I will check with IT team on this. 

To answer your question, the ssbot account is not able to access the confluence page.
