I am a non technical guy.
Since yesterday we are unable to access to our self hosted Confluence server instance.
We're getting asked for a licence key. We renewed the licence at 28th of september 2021. After posting this key we have to set up the database, etc. - but we have set up that years ago.
Can you help us and tell us why that happened?

We had faced the same issue with one of our customers, due to a recent vulnerability Confluence Security Advisory 2022-06-02.
Your instance might be affected by this, If you have the backup of the confluence with the latest I would suggest creating a new environment and installing the confluence, and then restoring the backup.
I would also recommend you to open a priority ticket with Atlassian and asked for the help and best recommendation to mitigate this.
