Unable to Restrict Access to a Confluence Page

I created a confluence page under the North America Customer Success space but when I click on the restrictions tab, it does not allow me to set restrictions for the page. My access levels for confluence are granted and approved.

Do you have Resctrictions permission for the space where this page is located? That could be the reason why it is not allowing you to do it.

Yes, I do have restrictions permissions for the space.  Also made sure I was accessing the Space as an a Space Admin.

@Moyukh Mukherjee like @Andrea Mendez mentioned, there is a permission on the Space itself that allows you to set Restrictions, as Confluence breaks down Space permission to a reasonably-granular level. so your Confluence Administrator should grant you the "Pages - Restrict" permission.

I am the Confluence Admin.  That is why we are all a little confused.  Could it be when we upgraded recently that something was missed in the upgrade?
