This question is in reference to Atlassian Documentation: Upload data via WebDAV
I am unable to login regardless of which admin details I provide to my cloud WebDAV folder either in browser or windows 7.
Is there somewhere I need to link/enable the accounts to WebDav? users attempted were definitely in administrators group
@Julien Bonastre: did you figure out how to login to webDAV? Im experiencing the same issue. Please help?

I notice this message on the page:
Your actual username may be different from the one you use to log in into your Atlassian Cloud site, as the login page also offers the option to use your email address.
Might be worth checking your username to make sure it's right. Otherwise, I'd say it's best to contact support.
