Hello @Jangwoo Kim,

Welcome to Atlassian Community! It's nice to meet you.

That error could be related to your network setup, but we'll need to have a look at your site's logs to be sure.

I recommend reporting this issue to your Cloud site admin. They can have a look at that for you and if there's any issues, they can raise a ticket with the Cloud Support team. From there, we'll have a look at the log files and find out what the problem could be.

Thank you, and let me know if you have any trouble.

Regards,

Shannon

Hi @Shannon S

This is an issue that occurs when copying a specific format (by macro). It appears to occur when copying and pasting the UI created with a specific macro.

The reason for the above estimation is that when the "something" that make error are deleted from the editor, then saved normally.

In my memory, this is an issue I have experienced with the Confluence server type. Anyway, i will issue an issue ticket to the support team when the reason is clear.

Thanks for the answer.

Best regards, Jangwoo

Hi Jangwoo,

Thank you for letting me know more about your issue. I understand you experienced this in the past on Server - but to confirm, you're currently experiencing this with Cloud. Is that right?

Whether it's a network issue, or an internal issue, we can know for sure by looking at your site logs, so we will definitely need to have a ticket raised with support. If you're not able to, have your site admin take care of that, as you might not have permission to do so.

If you have any trouble, can you let me know?

Shannon
