Unable import Space

I'm trying to upload the software documentation as a XML file from my vendor, however, we were unable to upload the file and it's showing the below error message.
ERROR: insert or update on table "content" violates foreign key constraint "fkk6kbb7suqeloj82nx7xdcd803"

I tried both import site and import space, and both xml and html file I'm getting the error message with both uploading options.

Please assist with uploading my documentation to confluence.

I suggested to re-export and try importing again.

I would suggest if that doesn't work to contact Atlassian support and reference the following Jira ticket.

I see that you are on a free plan in Cloud, this will not allow you to reach Atlassian Support.

A work around for this it to temporary active your free trail on the standard plan and raise an issue, then revert back o the free plan when you issue is resolved
