URL to create a comment on a confluence page

I'd like to know the URL can use externally which would take a user directly to the create comment portion of a page.
Also I would like to pre-poplulate the start of the comment if possible within the query string of the url
for example:
https://myconfluenceserver/display/mypage?addcomment&comment=startOfComment
