Hello Together
English is not my strong point. But I hope that you understand my request anyway.
I am new to Confluence and use it exclusively for myself and am therefore the only user.
At the beginning I was able to add new apps and I can use them without any problems.
Now today I wanted to add a new app. Unfortunately I received an error message in the marketplace:
At first I thought it was because of the APP and therefore tried to install another app. I received the same error again. (Page is not found)
I am on it in the settings and have tried to check if I see something there. Unfortunately, I noticed nothing there either.
I have tried to make myself afterwards in the Internet cleverly. I noticed that I probably help a few options in the settings.
I see in the settings only the option "Manage Apps".
According to the Internet, I should see other options such as "Find new add-ons". But I do not have them.
Unfortunately, I have not found out what could be the reason for this. I suspect that it is a permission problem. (But I don't remember to have changed anything) and actually I am admin...
Do you know what could be the reason that I no longer have the option to add new apps and how I can change this again?
best thanks and greetings
Hello Nicole,
Good afternoon, and thank you for contacting Atlassian support. I hope you are doing well! My name is Shannon, and I'm happy to help.
I understand you're trying to install Marketplace Apps on your Cloud Free site. Is that correct? Could you please share a screenshot of the error you're experiencing and let me know which add-ons are trying to install?
I look forward to hearing from you soon!
Take care,
Shannon
