Here on the portal we can't grant access to instances. This is a public community forum for users of Atlassian product to help each other, but we can't access instances or grant access to instances.

Not even official Atlassian Support will honour such a request.

You will need to contact an admin of the instance or the IT department of the company the instance belongs to.

A few quick things to check:

1. Confirm you're using the correct Confluence site URL (not a bookmarked/old one) — access issues sometimes come from hitting an outdated or incorrect link.
2. Check with your site's Confluence Admin whether your account has been granted access/group membership for that specific space — space-level permissions are separate from just having an Atlassian account.
3. Try logging out and back in, or use an incognito window, to rule out a stale session/cache issue.

Could you share a bit more detail — are you getting a specific error message (e.g., "permission denied," "page not found"), or does the login itself fail? That'll help narrow down whether this is a permissions issue or something else.
