Trying to add an attachment to a title page of exported pdf

I am trying to add an attachment to the Space Export title page. I attached the photo and then got the link address for the source, but it still won't attach when i go to export.

Can you just confirm with me if this is on Confluence Cloud or Server? 

From my understanding, you're trying to add an attachment to a page by attaching the photo directly, but also attaching it as a link to a URL of the photo? Can you confirm?

You then mention that it doesn't attach when exporting. Can you confirm exactly what the issue is? Does the photo attach but just not appear in exports? 

Has anyone else reported this issue? Does it happen on all pages with all photos?
