I would like to link the OKR trello boards for each team onto a Confluence page for general viewing
- however I only want general viewers to be able to view and not edit the trello boards
--> is this restriction possible??
In testing, it appears that the Trello Board access restrictions mean only members of the Trello board are able to view it in the confluence page... which is unfortunate as it woud be great to be able give visibility to all, with editing only to the Trello Board members
Cheers Anna
Hello Anna,
Happy to help you out.
Regardless if you are viewing a board directly in Trello, or through a linked board in Confluence, only board members can view the board.
If the user is in a team, then they might want to consider making it team visible. That way, all of the team members can see the board without needing to be added as members one at a time.
Have a look here for more information on that:
Let me know if you have any questions about that!
Regards,
Shannon
Thanks Shannon - after further hunting I came to the same place, so have created a company wide team, and changed the board to be Team Visible
Cheers Anna
