Transform an url link in Confluence to an issue (Ticket)

I would like  to know, how to transform a url link to bug issue.

Example :

- Transform this link https://jira.worldline.com/browse/FPLBNPMCHB-9284

TO

- Issue

This is a public forum so you may want to remove your Jira URL from your post :)

Here are a few things you can check:

1. Try to do it from several different browsers - I know there used to be an issue with Chrome a few months ago.
2. Check the application link for the Jira server, and ensure that the connection URL is the same as the application URL.
3. Verify if all users are experiencing this, across all browsers.
