Tell me, how can I transfer all the data and bind the already purchased license key to another server? What problems can arise when using a standard database?

Community moderators have prevented the ability to post new answers.
Moving a license key is easy. You just add it to the new server. I would suggesting replacing the key on the old server with a development key until you shut it down.
