I recently acquired access as an Administrator, but I am still learning how to navigate through this system. Is there any introductory training I can take to learn how to master it? I'd like to redesign the page entirely so it looks more organized, but I'd like for someone to help me navigate behind the scenes.

Did you have a look at Atlassian University yet? There are super useful learning paths that give you a full round training.
If you have specific questions according redesign aso you can of course just ask here. First of all it's super useful for us to know if it's Server or Cloud.
