We have Confluence 9.2.2 on-premise server. Does anyone have any tips or ideas on how to manage out-dated child pages/attachments? I see Confluence Cloud has an "archive" function, but our version does not.
How have other people managed archiving out of date pages when users are reluctant to delete.
Looking for ideas. Thank you!
Good day @Michelle Gronwold
Confluence On-prem out of the box doesn't offer such functionality.
You will need to install a Marketplace App to achieve the desired outcome.
Best,
Fadoua
@Michelle Gronwold On Confluence Data Center, our Better Content Archiving app provides auto-archiving:
It manages archived content in dedicated "archive" spaces and is compatible with any Confluence version released in the last 10+ years.
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app. Free for 10 users.)
