Hi, Can we have spaces arranged as tiles as shown here?

Although the above image is only for illustrative purposes, here's the scenario:

Suppose we have a category called 'Advisor Portal'

The sub categories/sub spaces are Retirement Planning, Education Planning, etc.

Just by clicking on a tile, a user should be able to view all documents and discussions that have happened there

Really appreciate your response on whether a similar look n feel is possible in Confluence

Yes. The user should be able to get to the starting page of the space/subspace when a tile is clicked

There will be fixed number of tiles that the admin would create based on some pre-defined structure, no dynamic content that will automatically create tiles

My idea would be (and please remember I'm not a programmer - I'm pretty sure there is a better and more comfortable solution)

• create all tiles you may need and save them as attachment on an open site as pics
• use a site for the dashboard like it's described here (Using a page as the site landing page)
• play a little bit with columns and sections and use section and column macros - more answers here
• place tiles in the sections
• put the links on the pics where they should lead

Could look like this (only took me like 2 min. to create this)

To make it more comfortable for admins - create finallized blueprints for spaces with the tiles already on it - and they will only have to put on links or delete tiles they don't need. This should work fine cause you mentioned  pre-defined structures.

Hi @Sitara Anilal do you want to go on the starting page of the space / subspace when clicking on tiles?

Will there be dynamic content that will create certain tiles?

I'm not sure if it's possible by standard in Confluence - but I know that it's possible cause I saw a similar solution in our Atlassian User Group in Munich.
