Hi there!

I have uploaded a PDF file, but the page doesn't display the thumbnail (which should be the first page of the PDF file). Instead, there is a grey icon.

I tried different pages, but the file is still not showing it's thumbnail. Please see the screenshot below. The file size is 10.78 MB.

Any suggestions on how to fix it would be very helpful.
