I have a custom field called "Client List" which is mandatory as a field in the Jira project. I am creating Jira tickets from Confluence. When I highlight a requirement in Confluence and attempt to create the jira ticket from the page, a form pop ups with my project, issue type, name, summary, client list, and component, which are all required fields. I input a value in client list, but then when I attempt to create the jira ticket, I'm getting this error:

There were errors creating issues in Jira.

  • Client List is required.

I'm already putting a value in this field. Why is this not recognizing the input and creating the ticket automatically in Jira?
