Create and customize a Company Hub | Confluence Cloud | Atlassian Support says the name will be reflected in a custom hub url link, but ours still defaults to ...wiki/company-hub, and I can't find settings anywhere to update this.
Hi @Natalie Lok
Welcome to the community.
The article mentions the name will be visible in the navigation menu not in the URL.
The documentation page doesn't reflect any that mentions that the main URL will change.
You base URL of your Atlassian instance can be changed, see this documentation add-a-custom-domain only if you are on a premium or enterprise plan.
But this differs from the company hub.
Hello @Natalie Lok
Welcome to the Atlassian community.
Where exactly on that page are you seeing that the name will become part of the URL? I don't see that statement on that page.

Thanks, I was reading 'the hub's custom web link' as being the url, this is the message that popped up when I was in the editing function of changing the name. But perhaps not....

Hi @Natalie Lok
The Company Hub's URL is a fixed system path .../wiki/company-hub — and it doesn't change when you rename the hub. Renaming (Manage → General tab → More Actions (…) → Rename) only updates the display name shown in the navigation and inside the hub itself, not the URL slug.
I checked the current Create and customize a Company Hub and Manage your Company Hub docs, and neither currently states that the URL reflects the custom name so if you saw that somewhere, it may have been from an older version of the page, or it's describing a behavior that hasn't shipped yet. As it stands today, the URL stays static regardless of what you rename the hub to.
