Hi all

Tell me how to import word larger than 20mb?

In the setenv file I set - CATALINA_OPTS="-Dconfluence.word.import.maxsize=40"

But I also get a limit of 20MB

Hi - I hope that you are Doing good !!

So basically you are trying to increase it to 40 MB and can you also check - Changes to the setenv file saved and you have closed and opened the confluence ?

Can you also try the file from docx to document saved as .doc and try uploading ?

Yes. I wrote the file, restarted the service, but the file still won’t load.
