The scalability of file storage in Confluence Data Center

How to increase the size of the storage in the Data center?
We plan to get a data center, and our file storage will grow by 0.5 Tb per year or more.
How will the new storage be added every year?

The question, as written, is nothing to do with Confluence.  Confluence is an end-user of your storage, not the system you add to to increase the storage.

Let me try an analogy.  My partner goes to our fridge, looks in it and realises it's full of food.  She decides she wants a bigger fridge.  It's pointless asking me for a bigger fridge, I'm an end user, like her.  We need to ask someone who sells fridges.

You need to look at your data centre and its hardware.  Ask the question of the provider and vendor.

I am not sure I understand the question.

Adding storage to a server system is a hardware and operating systems function.  Confluence just uses the storage you make available to it.

How you add storage to your systems is entirely down to what your hardware is and what it supports in the way of expansion.  We can't tell you how to add storage to your systems, and even if you were to tell us what you've got, we'd mostly still refer back to the same documentation you got from your vendor.
