Page restrictions are different than space permissions. Like what the previous person said, it is a common mistake where your acct has been added in restrictions but the group confluence-users doesn’t have permission.

Hi @Mark Saunders Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

Have you checked if the user has been added in the space as well ? It is a common mistake wherein users are not part of the space, but are given view/edit permissions on the pages.

Thanks, i was not aware of that. I have added the users. no complaints yet :)
