The mobile application does not work on Android

Good day! I purchased a confluence server license and configured the server.
When I try to connect to the server from android app I get error
This app needs Confluence 6.8 or later.

My server is version 7.9.1
Confluence Mobile Plugin 3.1.1

When I connect to the server via IOS app, there are no errors.

No, my problem is not related to login. The error appears even at the stage of adding a link to the server.
