Does anyone experience the above problem on an iOS phone device? When editing a document, leaving the page at edit mode twice and returning again causes the error.

Hi, Would you please check if your page was initiated in the web first? Then you edit it on your mobile device.I have noticed that the issue doesn't occur when the page is created in mobile and edited in mobile.
