The dotted lines of the sections appear in display mode under confluence

In display mode, the dotted lines of the sections appear in Confluence.
In edit mode, the dotted lines no longer appear.
An idea?

We do not see this behavior in Confluence LTS 7.13.x. Can you please share with us the Confluence version you're using?
