The difficulty with exporting a document from Confluence to Word

When I click 'Export to Word,' the document is downloaded, but when I try to open the downloaded file, it displays as code instead of a text document. The document doesn't contain any tables or images, only text

Hi @Tamara Lutsuk , is this happening with multiple pages? Can you create a simple text only test page ants try that? Do other users experience the same issue?
