Do you have any ability to see status of one (or group) Confluence page at another page?
I have some pages in different statuses and I would like to see statistic of list of pages and their statuses without attending each page
Hey @Nadezhda Vikenteva! 👋🏼
The new page status feature is great, but it's still missing one or two essential features that will hopefully follow over time.
So there's no way to solve that with only Confluence at the moment. If you are looking for this kind of reporting on pages and easily maintaining your content, I'd like to suggest having a look at our app Orderly Databases for Confluence on the Atlassian Marketplace.
It's like tables and page properties but on steroids (and in smart) 😄 We recently added support for the page status field to the app to work with it more easily internally and to have a workaround for the given limitations. 😕
The gif below shows you a snippet of a table in Orderly with linked pages and their page status (and some other metadata you usually add to pages), which you can not only view but also edit directly. And yes, these are the page status name you have configured in that space the page is living in. So there's no messing up status names or creating inconsistencies. 🤘🏼
Even handier is that you can edit the page status inline on the page itself without opening the editor in the Orderly macro. It's very similar to the page property table, with more features.
I realize this may not be the answer you were hoping for, but currently, even as a Confluence nerd, I don't know of a better way. 😅 If you have any further questions, let me know, and I will be happy to assist you.
Best, Max
I'd like bring attention to an alternative of the built-in page status, because the Better Content Archiving app implements a powerful status concept.
These super-flexible statuses are auto-refreshed by the app, can react to updates/views/non-updates/non-views/labels and anything else that is available in CQL. They can be visible above each page and blog posts:
And because the status field itself is available in CQL, you can work with it in any macro that supports CQL. For example, you can build custom report pages like this:
It is using two macros to list pages in "Expired" and "Under Review" status. It is not exactly what you look for, but may even be better. You can learn more here.
(Discl. it is a paid and supported app that has just been released for cloud, but has been available for 15+ years on Confluence Server and Data center. Our team is developing it.)

We've released an update to Document Metadata for Confluence Cloud, which allows you to add the content status to the page properties macro and make reports with the page properties report macro. This allows you to make a table like this:

@Nadezhda Vikenteva Welcome to the Atlassian community
I would suggest putting the status information into a page property macro. You can then use the page property report macro to display all the statuses and any additional information you may want on a single page. https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/insert-the-page-properties-macro/
